Summary (H.248/Megaco)

Voice Quality Summary Metrics

MOS is the Mean Opinion Score for the RTP stream (packets).

If Make Call is selected as Call Mode, in the Configuration tab, then
the value is calculated for RTP Stream (packets) from Callee to Caller.

If Answer Call is selected as Call Mode in the Configuration tab, then
the value is calculated for RTP Stream (packets) from Caller to Callee.

R-Factor: The Voice Quality R-factor for the RTP stream.

If Make Call is selected as Call Mode in the Configuration tab, then
the value is calculated for RTP Stream (packets) from Callee to Caller.

If Answer Call is selected as Call Mode in the Configuration tab, then
the value is calculated for RTP Stream (packets) from Caller to Callee.

Jitter (ms) is the average length of time in milliseconds of the jitter of
the RTP packets of incoming RTP stream.

Latency (ms) is the average length of time in milliseconds of the round
trip latency for the packets traveling between the endpoints.

Peer Phone Number is the phone number used by the endpoint.

Peer IP Address is the IP address of the peer endpoint.

Local Name is the endpoint name used in the Media Gateway
Controller.

Bytes Sent is tumber of bytes sent from the Caller to the H.248
endpoint, as reported by the H.248 endpoint. This value is taken from
the last RTCP report at the H.248 endpoint.

Packets Sent is the number of packets sent to the H.248 endpoint. This
value is taken from the last RTCP report at the H.248 endpoint.

Latency is the length of time in milliseconds for the minimum and
maximum latency.
