Summary (H.323)
Voice Quality Summary Metrics
MOS is the Mean Opinion Score for the RTP stream (packets).
If Make Call is selected as Call Mode in the Configuration tab, then
the value is calculated for RTP Stream (packets) from Callee to Caller.
If Answer Call is selected as Call Mode in the Configuration tab, then
the value is calculated for RTP Stream (packets) from Caller to Callee.
R-Factor: The Voice Quality R-factor for the RTP stream.
If Make Call is selected as Call Mode, in the Configuration tab, then
the value is calculated for RTP Stream (packets) from Callee to Caller.
If Answer Call is selected as Call Mode in the Configuration tab, then
the value is calculated for RTP Stream (packets) from Caller to Callee.
Jitter (ms) is the average length of time in milliseconds of the jitter of
the RTP packets of incoming RTP stream.
Latency (ms) is the average length of time in milliseconds of the round
trip latency for the packets traveling between the endpoints.
Endpoint Phone Number is the called number used for this call.
Packets Sent To Endpoint is the total number of packets sent to the
endpoint.
Network Bandwidth (Kbps) is the averaged bandwidth consumed
audio RTP media streams flowing from the H.323 endpoint. Includes IP
and UDP overhead.
Media Bandwidth (Kbps) is the averaged bandwidth consumed by
audio RTP media streams flowing from the H.323 endpoint. Does not
include IP and UDP overhead.
