Packet Count is the number of good packets received at Responder.

Controller to Responder.
Late Packets is the number of RTP packets that arrived with a higher

all late packets.
Early Packets is the number of packets received and dropped by the
Responder that were too early and could not be buffered within the
jitter buffer.
Total Lost Packets is the total number of RTP packets that were either
lost, early, or late. This value is calculated using the jitter buffer length
input parameter value.
Total Lost Packets (%) is the percentage of RTP packets that were
either lost or late.
