a USING ERASE (ERASE)

1. MESSAGE ERASURE.

® Select beforehand the number of the message

to be erased and press the ERASE/FORMAT
button. The number of the message being erased

: will blink.

d) If the ERASE/FORMAT button is again pressed wthin

4 sec., “ERASE” will blink and erasure will start.

“OK” will be displayed when erasure is complete.

Note:
* If a message in the middle is erased (message 2),

the numbers of the following messages will be
incremented and displayed (message 3,4.,..^
2,3.,,.) accordingly.

* If a button other than ERASE/FORMAT is pressed,

or the ERASE/FORMAT button is not again pressed

/ Within 4 sec., message erasure will be canceled

and the normal display will return.

■ EFFACEMENT (ERASE)

1. EFFACEMENT D’UN MESSAGE

Le numéro du message à effacer clignote.

(D Si la touche ERASE/FORMAT est de nouveau

: pressée avant 4 secondes, “ERASE" clignote et

l’effacement cornmence.

“OK” est affiché quand l’effacement est terminé.

Remarques:
* Si un message se trouvant au milieu (message 2)

est effacé, les numéros des messages suivants

diminuent d’une unité et sont affichés (message

3, 4 ... -+ 2, 3 ...) en conséquence.

* Si une touche autre que ERASE/FORMAT est

pressée, ou si la touche ERASE/FORMAT n’est
pas de nouveau pressée avant 4 secondes,

reffacement de message est annulé et l’affichage
retourne à la normale.

■ LÖSCHEN (ERASE)

1. DIKTATLÖSCHUNG

® Wählen Sie zunächst die Nummer des zu

- löschenden Diktats, und drücken Sie dann die

Taste ERASE/FORMAT Daraufhin beginnt die
Nummer des zu löschenden Diktats zu blinken.

(D Wird die Taste ERASE/FORMAT innerhalb 4:

Sekunden erneut gedrückt, blinkt die Meldung
“ERASE”, und der Löschvorgang beginnt. ; : ^

^ Meldung "OK” angezeigt.

Hinweise:
* Wird ein in der Mitte liegendes Diktat (Diktat 2)

geiöscht, werden die Nummern der nachfolgenden
Diktate geändert und entsprechend angezeigt
(Diktats, 4...

2,3...}.

* Wird eine andere Taste als ERASE/FORMAT

gedrückt, oder wird die Taste ERASE/FORMAT

nicht innerhalb 4 Sekunden gedrückt, wird die
Diktatlöschung aufgehoben, und das Display:
schaltet wieder auf die normale Anzeige zurück. :
