Re-Recording the Outgoing Message
You can record a new Outgoing Message from a remote phone.

Press “7” to start recording.
After hearing a long beep,
speak clearly and loudly
for up to 16 seconds.

When recording is finished, press “9”.
•The new Outgoing Message will be played back. So you
can check or amend it.
NOTE:
If you pause for over 2 seconds while recording, you will hear a series of warning tones (6 beeps). If this happens,
repeat from step 1.
Skipping the OGM for ICM Recording
If you would like to leave a message on your unit, but do not want to listen to your OGM before doing so, you can switch
directly to the Incoming Message (recording) mode.

Call your unit.
0
Press “0” during the OGM (instead of your ATAS ID).
•One beep will be heard and the unit will go directly to the
recording mode.
•After hearing a long beep, speak clearly and loudly to
leave your message.
