Evaluating expressions
In aplets In the Symbolic view, a variable is a symbol only, and does
not represent one specific value. To evaluate a function in
Symbolic view, press I Will If a function calls another
function, then IWHI resolves all references to other functions
in terms of their independent variable.

into the edit line and pressing | enter ].
For example, define F4 as below. In HOME, type F4 { 9 ) and
press I ENTER I . This evaluates the expression, substituting 9 in
place of X into F4.
