6 VA Report Generator
6.1 VA Report Generator overview
The
VA REPORT GENERATOR
is a powerful tool for creating cus-
tom reports using the content of the database. It can also be
used for browsing the content of the open database.
For this purpose templates have to be created where the data-
base fields and curves to be printed out are selected and ar-
ranged on a template page.
6.2 Opening/closing of VA Report Generator
Opening the VA Report Generator
MAIN WINDOW / Window / Report Generator (F11)
The VA REPORT GENERATOR window will be
opened or (if it is already open) put on top.
Closing the VA Report Generator
VA REPORT GENERATOR / Report / Close
The VA REPORT GENERATOR window will be
closed (the same function can be done by
pressing the button of the
VA REPORT GEN-
ERATOR window) and the current settings are
stored.
Note: The settings of the
VA REPORT GENERATOR
window can be
stored at any time with MAIN WINDOW / Settings / Save Now .
