Curves in subwindows are not displayed
1. If no curve is visible, the scaling may be wrong. Adjust the
scaling in the
OPTIONS
window (see Scaling of curve axes,
page 18) or reset the curve window to the default scale by
pressing the
Set Default Scale
option
of the context sensitive menu.
2. If the curve is not visible with default scale settings, send the
selected determination to the 746 VA Trace Analyzer and
check the
Display/Plot
parameters for segments or sub-
stances. Correct the scaling to the desired values and send
the determination back to the VA Database.
Curves in custom reports are not displayed
Send the selected determination to the 746 VA Trace Analyzer
and check the
Display/Plot
parameters for segments or sub-
stances. Correct the scaling to the desired values and send
the determination back to the VA Database.
8.4 Database: What to do if ...
Background curves are missing
Background curves are not stored in the database because
only smoothed curves are transferred from the 746 VA Trace
Analyzer.
Some replications of substances are missing
1. With the program versions 5.693.0020, 5.693.0021 and
5.693.0022 of the 693 VA Processor, only the first replication
(
VR = *0
) of substance curves is transferred to the database.
2. If you want to have all replications, the 5.746.0100 program
has to be installed. Ask your representative for a program
update.
No calibration curves are available
1. With the program versions 5.693.0020, 5.693.0021 and
5.693.0022 of the 693 VA Processor, no calibration curves are
transferred to the database.
