2. If you want to have the calibration curves, the 5.746.0100
program has to be installed. Ask your representative for a
program update.
Several determinations appear more than once in the
database
1. In VA Database, the identical determinations can be stored
several times in the database.
2. Delete the obsolete determinations manually by selecting VA
DATABASE TABLE / Determination / Delete
.
Filtering is not carried out correctly, e.g. for
concentrations
1. Send the selected determination to the 746 VA Trace Ana-
lyzer.
2. Check the formulae on the page "CALCULATION" (details see
Note in Fields from page "RESULTS", page 38). We recom-
mend to use only Result units with automatic prefix calculation
(with "#" as first character).
VA Database has become very slow in performance
1. The current database is too big. Make a backup copy of the
database with Save Database As .
2. Delete some determinations out of the current database or
create a new database.
8.5 Export: What to do if ...
Curves are not copied to clipboard correctly
If the curve seems to be distorted and the text is not read-
able, this is because with VA Database under Windows 95, all
custom reports are copied to the clipboard in square size.
Therefore, you have to resize the graphic window copied to
another program from the clipboard to its initial aspect ratio in
order to see the correct curve.
