Follow the display prompts to complete the test.
To Stop a Test
If you want to stop a running test, simultaneously press both the DOWN ARROW key and the UP
ARROW key on your front panel.
The Monitor Options
The
Monitor
category provides a means of quickly monitoring the status of your network from the
alphanumeric display. While many of the
Monitor
options are read only, counters can be cleared
and reset to zero.
To reach the
Monitor
options:
1. Press the UP Arrow button to move among the categories until the
Monitor
category
appears on the display.
2. Press the ENTER button to enter Monitor mode.
UNIT STATUS
appears on the display.
3. Press either the UP or DOWN Arrow to move through the monitoring options. The
Monitor
options are in

The front panel display provides miminal setup, configuration and verification menus. To fully
configure your LRU4240 router you will need to access the Terminal User Interface (TUI) directly
through the COMM port, or Telnet via the Ethernet port or the WAN ports.

Loss of Signal (LOS), Loss of Frame (LOF),
NORMAL. Read only.
PPP STATUS
Provide status of the PPP link.
MLPPP STATUS
Provide status of the Multilink PPP link.
ETHERNET STATUS
Provide status of the Ethernet interface.
