2.4 User Preferences
The System Properties pages allow the customization of several global (that is,
system wide as opposed to controller specific) options. Selecting Tools >> System
Properties on the main menu, selecting the System >> System Properties menu
on the System Setup screen or clicking on the System icon on the System Setup
screen brings up the System Properties display used to configure your system.
The Port Settings tab allows the configuration of the communication channels
(refer to
section 2.2 on page 2-1 ). The Display tab has several options which
customize the display (see section 2.4.1 below). The Miscellaneous tab allows the
customization of several options (see section 2.4.2 on page 2-17 ).
2.4.1 Configuring The Display Options
