2.2 Before You Start
Product Completeness Check
Please check the product for completeness before installation. The package should
include the following pieces:
§ 1x 2N
® SpeedRoute
§ 2x LTE/UMTS/GSM antenna
§ 1x supply adapter
§ 1 telephone cable
§ 1x network cable (Fast Ethernet RJ45)
§ Quick Start Manual
§ CD containing User Manual and other information
Installation Requirements
2N ® SpeedRoute is designed for vertical mounting on suspension holes. It can be
placed in the horizontal position on the table too.
Install 2N
® SpeedRoute with respect to the signal strength – check the signal strength
using the 2N ® SpeedRoute web interface or LED indicator in the front page. When
week signal is indicated, try to find better position for antenna or use antenna with
higher gain.
Place 2N
® SpeedRoute out of range of sensitive devices and human bodies to minimize
electromagnetic interference.
For the allowed range of operating temperatures refer to the Technical Parameters
chapter.
It is impossible to operate 2N
® SpeedRoute on sites exposed to direct solar radiation
or near heat sources.
2N
® SpeedRoute is designed for indoor use. It may not be exposed to rain, flowing
water, condensed moisture, fog, etc.
2N
® SpeedRoute may not be exposed to aggressive gas, acid vapours, solvents, etc.
2N ® SpeedRoute is not designed for environments with high vibrations such as means
of transport, machine rooms, etc.
Caution
n Make sure that you are provided with all necessary technical devices – SIM
with LTE/UMTS data connection support, a PC, eventually an analogue
telephone set or a PBX with a free external analogue interface FXO.
