Photosynthetic GRO lamp does
not work.
Shaker is running in Program mode; Look for Run icon in display and program calls
for GRO lamp to be off.
GRO lamp mode has been changed by RS-232 command/ computer interface.
Bulb is burned out; replace
Fuse is burned out; replace
Check ballast voltage.
Check cable connections.
Check switch settings.

UV germicidal lamp does not work.
