12. Wheels and Tires
A.
Air Pressure / Hydrofill Check
(Daily or 10 Hour Intervals)
IMPORTANT: Before checking air pressure be sure to
position the valve stem at the top of the wheel to prevent
loss of hydrofill. To check hydrofill level, position valve so
that it is nearly, but not quite, at the top of the wheel.
Depress valve stem. Hydrofill should escape. If hydrofill
does not escape from the valve, see "Filling with
Hydrofill".

Oil Change (1000 Hour Intervals)
1.
Level the vehicle, ground the carriage, place the
travel select lever in (N) Neutral, engage the
emergency brake switch and shut off the engine.
2.
Place a receptacle under the drop box drain plug.
3.
Remove drain plug and level plug (Figure 50,51)
from drop box and allow fluid to drain. Transfer
the oil to a container with a cover and label the
container as used oil. Dispose of the used oil at
an approved recycling facility.
4.
Clean and install drain plug.
5.
Fill drop box through level plug hole until oil runs
out hole. Drop box capacity is 2 qts. (1,9 liters).
6.
Clean and replace level plug.

A.
Level Check (250 Hour Intervals)
1.
Level the vehicle, ground the carriage, place the
travel select lever in (N) Neutral, engage the
emergency brake switch and shut off the engine.
2.
Remove level plug (Figure 50, 51) from drop box.
3.
Check level of oil. Add ISO-46 or MIL-L-2104C oil
(See table on page 65) as required through the
level plug hole with a squeeze bottle. Bring the oil
level even with the level plug hole.
4.
Clean and reinstall level plug.
