1.10.2 Power Connection using a single feed
The shelf can operate on only one power feed (A or B).
1. Remove the plastic covers for the power and grounding terminals.
2. Using jumper cables, connect the -60V or -48V terminals and the RETA terminals
3. Connect the A or B -60V and RETA terminals to the power source. Use a closed loop termination for secur-
ing to the #10 screws of the terminal block on the 9700. An Amp PN 35149 may be used for this. An Amp PN
696202-1 crimping tool will work for securing the recommended termination part. Refer to
Figure 1-18 .
