4. Open the cable management tray to gain access to the PEM8 slot. While holding the PEM8 card upright,
position the bottom of the circuit board into the bottom rail and the top of the circuit board into the top rail in
the PEM8 slot. Slide the PEM8 into the chassis along the rail and down into the chassis.

5. Slowly, but firmly, press the PEM8 until it is fully inserted into the backplane and the flange is flush against
the screw holes on the front of the chassis.
6. Using a small head (#1) phillips screwdriver, take the provided screws and attach the PEM8 to the chassis.
Tighten the screws securely.
