Command Mode

Commands under the interface range context are executed independently on each interface in the range.
Example
The following example groups port-channels 1, 2 and 6 to receive the same command.
channel-group
The channel-group Interface Configuration (Ethernet) mode command associates a port with a port-channel. Use
the no form of this command to remove a port from a port-channel.
Syntax
channel-group port-channel-number
no channel-group
Parameters
•
port-channel-number — Specifies the number of the valid port-channel for the current port to join.
Default Configuration
The port is not assigned to a port-channel.

User Guidelines
There are no user guidelines for this command.
Example
The following example forces port 1/g16 to join port-channel 1.
show interfaces port-channel
The show interfaces port-channel Privileged EXEC mode command displays port-channel information.
Syntax
show interfaces port-channel [port-channel-number]
console(config)# interface range port-channel 1-2,6
console(config)# interface ethernet 1/g16
console(config-if)# channel-group 1 mode on
