Low Battery Indicator

When the battery is weak and only a few minutes of
talk time remain, a warning tone sounds and the
“Warning Low Battery” message repeats at regular
intervals on the display. When this happens, your
phone turns off the backlight to conserve the remaining
battery power.

When the battery level becomes too low, the phone
automatically turns off.

Switching the Phone On and Off

Note: You must fully charge the battery before making or receiving calls
with your phone for the first time. For more information, see “Charging the
Battery” on page 12.

Switching the Phone On

1. Open the phone folder, as shown.

2. Press and hold the

key until the phone switches on.
