Section 7. Error Codes
7.1 Reporting an Error
The following information is required when reporting an error code to
Campbell Scientific.
1) Error Code
For example: BTStackError (0x11)

2) Steps to Reproduce the Error
For example:
1. Pressed the Discover button to discover the HydroSense II.
2. Selected the HydroSense II device from the list.
3. Pressed Connect.
4. Connection failed with the error BTUnkownError.
Please indicate whether these steps, prior to the error, had worked as expected.
3) Bluetooth Adapter Make and Model
Please supply the make and model number of the Bluetooth adapter if using a
desktop computer. Supply the laptop make and model number if using a laptop
computer.

Bluetooth and application log files.
7.2 Software Log Files
If you receive an error code, please follow the instructions in
SECTION 7.1
(p. 7-1) to notify the local HydroSense II distributor of the
issue. To make identifying the cause of the error easier, please attach the
communication and application logs to your correspondence.
