3.4.11 Report 0x0A – Request MSR Data
This command causes the device to send MSR data to the host; it should be issued after a Report 0x03 –
Request Swipe Card command has successfully completed. If the system is not available, the device
will report an error (0x8A) in ACKSTS of Report 0x01 – Response ACK. Otherwise, the device will
send multiple instances of Report 0x23 – Card Data Report to the host. If no MSR data is available,
the device will send a single Report 0x23 – Card Data Report containing a Data Length of 0.

This command causes the device to send challenge information to the host. The host should first issue the
command in Set mode as follows:
