Component
Description
Array IP Address (Text box)
The IP address of the array when configuration data
is collected through the out band mode.
Collect Configuration Data
Select to start collecting configuration data on the
selected command device.
Collect Performance Data
Select to start collecting performance data on the
selected command device.
ConfColl
The status of configuration collection on the array;
Y indicates that the configuration data collection
is currently in progress and N indicates that either
configuration data collection is complete or has not
been initiated for this array.
ConfTimeStamp
Displays the last configuration collection time, the
default value is 1970-01-01 05:30.
CreateView Schedule
Select and submit to create a performance data
collection schedule or view existing performance data
collection schedules.
Delete Schedule
Select and click submit to delete a performance data
collection schedule.
Device
Device file of the command device.
DKC (disk controller)
The serial number of the array.
In Band
The in band mode uses the Raid Manager Library
(RMLib) to collect data of an array.
Host ID
The identification number of the host.
Out Band
The out band mode uses the Remote Method
Invocation (RMI) to collect data of the array from the
SVP.
PerfColl
Indicates, with Y and N, if the performance data for
the array is collected.
ScheduleName
The name of the performance data collection
schedule.
Start Performance Data Collection
Select to start collecting performance data.
Stop Performance Data Collection
Select to stop collecting performance data collection.
Submit (button)
Commits changes, brings up the next screen if
required, and updates the database with the current
settings.
