4.2 Function

Tiered Signal Tower Data Acquisition
① Data is sent when the condition of the Signal Tower changes its status.
② The data is forwarded from the transmitter to the host (computer, etc.) via the receiver.
③ With the computer application software, the data can be saved in the CSV format to be compiled.
(Use the applicable software for compilation of CSV data)

Acquisition Data Practical Uses

Calculate the accumulation of hours worked ⇒ A green lamp can turn on for the total time calculated

Calculate the rate of operation
⇒ A ratio of hours worked can be calculated from the data
●
Calculate equipment down-time
⇒ A red light can turn on for the quantity from the data
●
Calculate the length of down-time
⇒ A red light can turn on from the calculated data
●
Calculate equipment maintenance time
⇒ A yellow light can turn on from the calculated data

Routing Function
Multi-hop mesh network communication is flexible
enough to respond to the circumstances of radio
communication. The transmitted data mutually
selects the best route for radio wave communication.
Even with modifications of the floor layout, data
communication starts automatically from power-up.
This product does not need complicated wireless or
network settings, the automatic selection for a good
route to carry data communication is done as soon as
the power source is connected. In addition, when an
obstacle impares the data transmission of the wireless
communication, the transmitter automatically
searches for a diff erent route to re-connect.
