4.7.4 Fan Alarms
4.8 Emptying the Meter
The Loup III monitor will display an alarm on screen that indicatins either too
high or too low fan speed. It is recommended that the high/low alarms are set
at 500 rpm above and below the operator's preset rotation speed.
1. Shut off the supply of the seed
from the seed hopper to the meter
by undoing the latch clamp (A) and
pulling out the shut-off hatch (B) as
far as it will go.
3. Press together the spring-loaded lock on the emptying hatch (D) and open
the hatch. If necessary (e.g. rotor replacement), the hatch can be locked in the
open position by locking the hatch into the opened shutoff valve.
