When placing or moving a cursor over any digital signal, the
software looks for any nearby edges on the signal and snaps
the cursor to that edge. This allows for easier, more precise
measurements between edges. When the cursor is snapped to
an edge, the cursor’s color changes to match the signal.
Snapping does not occur when the mouse pointer is positioned
above or below the waveform.

Cursors that cross Analog or Digital Wave signals also display
the value of the signal where it meets the cursor as follows:
