7.4.1.1 P IPE C ELL R EMOVAL (S EE F IG . 7-1)
1. Stop all gas flow. If necessary, purge the pipe cell thoroughly
with zero gas.
2. Turn OFF the power switch and disconnect the AC power cord.
3. Remove the cover (six screws).
4. Remove the tube connected to the pipe cell.
5. Loosen and remove the screw (No. 7) holding the cell retainer
(No. 11) at both ends of the pipe cell.
6. Remove the cell from the assembly and unscrew the infrared
transmission window (No. 14) at both ends.
7. For assembly, reverse the disassembly procedure.
