This tab contains the following:
Name and description boxes - Type the name and description in the appropriate box.
Acquisition Settings: -
• Volume - This is the volume the instrument will aspirate into the system for analysis.
• XY heater - Select to enable the XY heater. In the box type the desired value in degrees
Celsius. The temperature range is 35 to 60° C.
CAUTION: Acquiring data before the heater has reached the proper
temperature can compromise test results.
• Plate name - The name assigned to the plate during sample probe height adjustment.
• Sample wash - This automatically washes each sample within the instrument.
Analysis Settings - Displays the analysis type to be used for the batch.
