Ticket Fields
The ticket to the left shows the default layout of a delivery
ticket. Ticket layouts can be significantly altered with the
DMS Office program using the Ticket Configuration
Module (TCM).
Each delivery ticket is made up of three parts. The first
part of the ticket (above the first dashed line) is printed
by DMS Delivery. It includes a header and the account
information for the delivery.
The second part (between the first and second dashed
line) is printed by the LCR device at the completion of its
delivery.
The third part (the remainder of the ticker) is printed by
DMS Delivery after the LCR device is finished. It contains
information generated by DMS Delivery based on delivery
information and selected options.
A field’s value will only show on the ticket if it is greater
than 0. For example, if Tax rate 3 through Tax rate 20 are
set to 0, they will not appear on the delivery ticket.
The same is true for the bottom third of the ticket. For
example, if no information is available for PREVIOUS
BALANCE or the footer text lines, they will not be printed.
