Utilities
Delivery Status
The Delivery Status screen displays sixteen different
checks on the delivery system. If a delivery fails, you
can use this screen to troubleshoot.
ROM CHECK SUM
Delivery not started. Checksum of the LectroCount
program code space failing.
TEMPERATURE
Delivery not started or terminated. Error detected with the
temperature reading hardware.
WATCHDOG
Processor reset due to a LectroCount watchdog timeout
error.
VCF SETUP
Error setting up the volume compensation factor for the
current product.
VCF DOMAIN
Temperature of the product being delivered is outside the
valid range for the compensation type of the product.
METER CALIBRATION
Error occurred while setting up the meter calibration for
the current delivery.
PULSER FAILURE
Delivery terminated. Too many pulser faults.
PRESET STOP
Gross or net preset volume has been reached.
NO-FLOW STOP
Delivery terminated. No-flow detected through the meter
for a specified amount of time.
STOP/PAUSE REQUEST
STOP/PAUSE key pressed during an active delivery.
PRINT/END REQUEST
PRINT/END key pressed during an active delivery.
POWER FAILURE
Delivery ended. Power fail condition for more than 15
seconds.
PRESET ERROR
Delivery ended. An error condition present while
attempting to set up a gross or net preset.
RS-232 DMS LAP PAD
The RS-232 DMS Lap Pad has been disconnected from
the LectroCount during an active delivery.
PRINTER
Current delivery requires a ticket to be printed, and the
printer is either off-line or busy.
DATA ACCESS
A data access error, critical to the delivery, occurred during
a delivery.
