Remove burette If no reagent is installed
1. Enter the Burette functions menu.
2. Press 5 Remove burette then press
✓. The piston is moved to its
lowest position (filling operation).
3. Check the burette data, remove the burette and press
✓.
If a reagent is already installed
The reagent is removed and the burette flushed before removal.
1. Enter the Burette functions menu:
2. Press 5 Remove burette then press
✓. The piston is moved to its
uppest position (emptying operation).
3. Remove the reagent bottle and press
✓. The burette is filled then
emptied.
4. Install a rinse bottle containing demineralised water and press
✓.
The burette is flushed,
see "Flush burette", page 101 .
5. Remove the rinse bottle and press
✓. The burette is filled,
emptied then filled again. At the end, the piston stops at its lowest
position.
6. Check the burette data, remove the burette and press
✓.
Remove method
from a
sequence 1. Press 3 Sequence/Sample stack in the Main window.
If this option is not available, enter the Setup menu > Configura-
tion and declare a SAC80 or SAC850 Sample Changer (Supervi-
sor access only).
2. Press 3 Edit sequence.
3. Select the method to be removed using the LEFT/RIGHT arrow
keys.
4. Press 3 Delete.
5. Press 1 Remove method then
✓ to confirm or press Esc to leave
the screen without removing the method.
The method is removed from the sequence but is not deleted.

see "Empty se-
quence", page 90 .
