Need Help ?
Call INCON Technical Service for help with leak alarms, or with diagnostic codes.
Please call if alarms occur frequently or repeatedly.
Before calling INCON:
Have the LS300 console / LSU300 Serial Numbers on hand for units you’re having
trouble with (see Warranty Registration form).
Accurately fill-in the Warranty Registration Form, on the facing page, photocopy
and FAX it to INCON after the system is installed and lines are calibrated and are
operational.
Installer/Service Provider: Keep the photocopy for your records for future reference,
and leave the original filled-in Warranty Registration Form in the manual for future
service reference or use during future installations.
This Manual Must be left at the Site for future reference by the Customer and for
reference by future service and technical personnel .
Return Shipments
If all or portion(s) the Auto-Learn system (LSU300 or LS300 CU console) must be
returned to INCON, please use the original shipping container and materials if
possible.
Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning anything to
INCON. Shipments of returned equipment, which have not been authorized, will be
returned freight-collect.
Call INCON Technical Service Department from the site for RMA numbers. Our
personnel will give you the correct shipping address, and provide other details and
instructions that you will need when you call for the RMA number.
Return shipping damage due to inadequate or inappropriate packaging is your
responsibility. Make sure that any return-goods shipment is insured.
