You have created a new measurement loop
which you now have to co-ordinate to an input
in the signal conditioning instrument and
configure the input.

Input of this MET
With the + and – keys you can choose whether
the input component 1 will be provided with
measured data by input 1 of the connected
sensor or you want to take over the measured
data from another signal conditioning instru-
ment. You can co-ordinate a real connected
sensor to an input component in the signal
conditioning instrument or take over measured
data from another signal conditioning instru-
ment.
OK
Input of this MET
You have co-ordinated to the input compo-
nents of the signal conditioning instrument the
actually connected sensor by having con-
firmed “
Input of this MET“ with OK.
The measurement loop is now processed in
input 1.

Serial number not configured
If two sensors are connected, choose with the
plus and minus keys the serial number of the
sensor which you want to co-ordinate to input
1. In addition you have the possibility to enter
the serial number manually.

Serial number XXXXX
OK
The signal conditioning instrument
reads the serial number of the sen-
sors and the serial number appears.

Min. measuring range XXXXX
Use the shift key for indication of the min. and
max. measuring range of the sensor. These
data are used for your information and cannot
be modified.
Sensor optimization
Now change to the menu “
Sensor optimiza-
tion“. In this menu the sensor can be adapted
to the measuring conditions and environment.

Sensor TAG radar sensor
In the menu sensor optimization the radar
sensor is adjusted via the measuring signal
line. Here you configure the radar sensor. In
this menu the signal conditioning instrument is
a pure adjustment module for adjustment of
the sensor.
The menu “
Sensor optimization“ is in the
