Transfer a call
While on an outside call, you can transfer the call from a cordless
handset or the telephone base to another system device.
To transfer a call from a cordless handset:
During a call, press MENU. Press or to scroll to
Transfer, then press SELECT.
If you have two or more handsets/pendants,
your handset shows TRANSFER TO: Press
or to scroll to the desired device and then
press SELECT. You may also enter a
destination handset number ( 1-9), or enter 0 for
the telephone base, followed
by 0-2 for HANDSET 10 to HANDSET 12, or
followed by # for all devices.
The outside call is put on hold and the handset
shows Transferring call.../Transferring call to all...
The destination device rings and shows Transfer from HANDSET X.
To answer the call on the destination handset, press , or any
dialing key (
0-9 or ).

To answer the call on the telephone base, lift the corded handset, or
press
SPEAKER or any dialing key (0-9 or ).

To answer the call on the pendant, press .
