10 Scanner exit port Scanned originals exit here.
11 Front return guide Allows scanned originals to return to the front, instead of being delivered
to the rear.
12 Toner supply port Toner is added through this port.
13 Circuit breaker Switches the main power of the machine on/off. (Main power switch.)
14 Power switch Switches the power of the machine on/off. (Sometimes called the Stand-
by switch.)
15 Upper unit release lever Lift up this lever to open the upper unit.
16 Upper unit Open this to clear a paper jam.
17 Manual feed tray (Bypass) When making manual feed copies or prints, open this table and load
media here.
18 Fuser cover Open this to clear a paper jam.
19 Media heater switch Switches the media heater on/off.
Powering on the media heater prevents media from creasing. Normally,
the media heater switch is on.
20 Cutter button Cuts the lead edge of roll media.
21 Cutter cover Covers the cutter to cut media. Normally, do not open this cover.
22 Roll 1 Load roll media here.
23 Roll 2 (optional) Load roll media here.
