General cleaning guide
Most common problems can be avoided or solved by cleaning the printer
regularly.
Problem type Description Solution
Paper-feed problems Frequent paper jams or
paper-pick problems
Clean the paper-pick rollers
Clean the feed rollers
Image quality problems Prints have streaks of ink Clean the paper tension blade
