The frame rate refers to the number of frames taken per second. The
higher the frame rate, the smoother the movie and the larger the filesize.
There are two frame rates to choose from: 30fps (frames/sec.) and
15fps.

Press the 3 button in Capture mode.
The [A Rec. Mode] menu appears.

Use the four-way controller (23) to select [Movie].

Press the four-way controller (5).
The Movie screen appears.

Use the four-way controller (23) to select [Frame
Rate].

Press the four-way controller (5).
A pull-down menu appears.

Use the four-way controller (23)
to select [30fps] or [15fps].

Set the mode dial to C.
The Frame Rate setting is saved and the
camera is ready to record.
