Remove the three thumbscrews on the upper inner cover. Then
remove the cover.

CAUTION
Failure to perform Step 5 will damage the photoreceptor drum.
5.
Rotate the developing unit lever fully clockwise so that it is
pointing straight up (to separate the developing unit from the
photoreceptor drum).
