You can adjust the initial settings through the choice menu on the
TV.
You can use the choice menu only when the selected source is
disc player and its playback is not started.
Before operating...
• Turn on your TV and select the correct input mode on the TV.
• You can use only the remote control for the choice menu
operations.
• You can change the language used in the choice menu.

Introducing the Choice Menus
7 Operation buttons
On the remote control ONLY:
Button To do
CHOICE Display the choice menu on the TV.
Each time you press the button, the choice menu is
turned on and off alternately.
3/2 Change the choice menu.
5/∞ Select an item on a choice menu or select an option
for selected item.
ENTER Move to the submenu of the selected item or confirm
the setting.
About menu icons
The icon for the selected choice menu will be highlighted.
Ex.: LANGUAGE menu is selected.

2 PICTURE menu
3 AUDIO menu
4 OTHERS menu

menus” on the right column.
7 Configuration of the choice menus
The choice menu has the following menus:
1 LANGUAGE menu
(see page 78)
You can select the initial
language for the disc menu,
audio, and subtitle. You can
also select the language shown
on the TV screen while
operating this unit.
2 PICTURE menu
(see page 78)
You can select the desired
options concerning a picture
or monitor screen.
3 AUDIO menu
(see page 79)
You can adjust the sound
settings of this unit through this
menu.
4 OTHERS menu
(see page 79)
You can change the settings for
some of the functions.
To set Parental Lock, use this
menu (see page 80).
