Configuring custom services
To add a custom TCP or UDP service
1
Go to Firewall > Service > Custom.

Select Create New.

Enter a name for the new custom TCP or UDP service.

Select TCP or UDP as the Protocol Type.

Specify Source and Destination Port number ranges for the service by entering the
low and high port numbers. If the service uses one port number, enter this number in
both the low and high fields.

Select OK.
You can now add this custom service to a policy.
To add a custom ICMP service
1
Go to Firewall > Service > Custom.

Select Create New.

Enter a name for the new custom ICMP service.

Select ICMP as the Protocol Type.

Enter the ICMP type number and code number for the service.

Select OK.
You can now add this custom service to a policy.
To add a custom IP service
1
Go to Firewall > Service > Custom.

Select Create New.

Enter a name for the new custom IP service.

Select IP as the Protocol Type.

Enter the IP protocol number for the service.
Name
The name of the IP custom service.
Protocol Type
Select the protocol type of the service you are adding: IP.
Protocol Number The IP protocol number for the service.
