Checking the Network Status from the Control Panel
When your printer is connected to the network, you can also view other network-related information by pressing
the network menus you want to check.
1.
Enter Setup from the home screen.
2.
Select Network Status.
3.
To check the information, select the menus that you want to check.
❏ Wi-Fi/Network Status
Displays the network information (Printer Name, Obtain IP Address, Default Gateway, DNS Server Setup
Mode and so on) for Ethernet or Wi-Fi connections.
❏ Wi-Fi Direct Status
Displays the network information (Printer Name, Connection, Obtain IP Address, Default Gateway and so
on) for Wi-Fi Direct connections.
❏ Email Server Status
❏ Epson Connect Status
Displays the registered information for Epson Connect services.
❏ Google Cloud Print Status
Displays the registered information for services and the connection status.
4.
Press OK to return to the menu screen or Print to print a network status sheet.
When you press Print, make sure that A4 plain paper is loaded in the printer, and then press the
x
button to
print.
Printing a Network Connection Report
You can print a network connection report to check the status between the printer and the access point.
1.
Load A4-size plain paper in the printer.
2.
Press
on the home screen.
3.
Select Menu.
4.
Select Wi-Fi/Network Settings > Connection Check.
5.
Press
x
button to print the network connection report.
If an error has occurred, check the network connection report and then follow the printed solutions.
