Before commencing work on the Inverter disconnect completely and ensure that the device will not be
accidentally energized.
Ensure that no voltage is present.
Ground and short-circuit.
Cover any nearby live parts.

Normally grounded conductors may be ungrounded and energized when a ground-fault is indicated.
Risk of electric shock.
Test before touching.
