8.8.3 Connecting protective earth to busbar
For every PE cable:
1. Strip the PE cable by about 1

in. (30 mm).
2. Open the screw terminal completely.
3. Plug the copper inner conductor of the PE cable into
the screw terminal.
4. Tighten the screw terminal with a torque wrench and a torque of 41 ft.-lbs. (56 Nm).
A Busbar for grounding the AC and DC
cables.
You can connect up to 4 PE cables to the
busbar(s).
