3. Plug the copper inner conductors of the cables into
the screw terminals.
4. Connect the 3 AC cables line A to the terminals A.
5. Connect the 3 AC cables line B to the terminals B.
6. Connect the 3 AC cables line C to the terminals C.
7. Tighten the screw terminal using a screwdriver.
The required torque is 315 in.-lbs.
8. Check the AC connection for a possible clockwise
phase sequence. For this purpose, hold the
terminals of the phase sequence indicator onto
the three phases of the AC connection in the
Sunny Central. The indicator shows you whether
there is clockwise phase sequence.
Connection to busbars
The AC cables are connected to the screw terminals A, B
and C.
1. Position the cable lug or lugs on the busbar.
2. Insert the lock washers and screws into the holes.
3. Connect the 5 AC cables line A to the busbar A.
4. Connect the 5 AC cables line B to the busbar B.
5. Connect the 5 AC cables line C to the busbar C.
6. Tighten the screw with a nut in a clockwise direction using a torque of 55 ft.-lbs.
7. Pull the cables to make sure they are securely connected.
