9 Maintenance
9.1 Maintenance and Replacement Intervals
• The Power Plant Controller must be serviced every 24 months.
• Replace the SD memory card of the Power Plant Controller every ten years (see Section 9.5, page 47).
9.2 Checking the Mounting Location
• Ensure that the mounting location is easily accessible without the need of auxiliary equipment.
• Make sure that the Power Plant Controller is securely mounted.
9.3 Switching the Power Plant Controller On and Off
Switching the Power Plant Controller On
Requirement:
☐ Supply voltage must be present.
Procedure:
1. Open the door of the Power Plant Controller.
2. Switch on the circuit breakers.
3. Close and lock the door of the Power Plant Controller.
Switching the Power Plant Controller Off
1. Open the door of the Power Plant Controller.
2. Switch off the circuit breakers.
3. Close and lock the door of the Power Plant Controller.
4. Disconnect the supply voltage externally, if necessary.
