The Power Plant Controller is not connected to the supply voltage.
Corrective measures:
• Ensure that the supply voltage is connected correctly (see Section 6.2, page 22).
The voltage supply is reverse-connected or the top-hat rail power supply unit is defective.
Corrective measures:
• Ensure that the supply voltage is connected correctly (see Section 6.2, page 22).
• If the supply voltage is connected correctly, replace the top-hat rail power supply
unit.
A firewall is blocking the connection.
Corrective measures:
• Adjust the firewall settings in order to allow the required connection.
• Ensure that port 8080 is activated.
There is a problem in the local area network (LAN).
Corrective measures:
• Ensure that the network cables are correctly connected to the
Power Plant Controller (see Section 6.5, page 24).
• Check whether the network components, network cables or connectors are
defective or damaged. Replace defective or damaged network components,
network cables or connectors.
• Check whether the network settings of the individual network components are
correct. Adapt the network settings if required.
• Restart the Power Plant Controller. To do this, disconnect the Power Plant Controller
from the voltage supply and then reconnect. Note that this can lead to loss of
system data.
• If the problem persists, contact the network administrator.
If the Power Plant Controller is accessed via the Internet, it is possible that there is
currently no Internet connection, that port forwarding to the Power Plant Controller from
the router has failed or been set up incorrectly, or that an incorrect gateway has been
configured.
Corrective measures:
• In the event of interrupted Internet connection, restore the Internet connection.
• If port forwarding has not been set up, set up port forwarding to the
Power Plant Controller at the router.
• If port forwarding has already been set up at the router, ensure that it has been set
up correctly.
• Check the gateway settings in the Power Plant Controller and adjust them if
necessary.
