software update process; the “Update in Progress” message reappears through completion of the
software update process, and the message “Update Complete! The turboIP-G2 will now
reboot” then displays while the unit automatically reboots and activates the update.
The user will be required to log in to the Web Server GUI once again to resume the session.

Troubleshooting the Software Update Process
Typical for either the FTP UPDATE or UPLOAD UPDATE processes, if the
upgrade process fails, the failure may be due to any of these causes:
• Incorrect username / password
• Incorrect FTP server IP address
• File does not exist
• Specified file is not a valid upgrade file
Contact CEFD Network Product Support [email protected] if
there are any difficulties or questions about upgrading the turboIP-G2.
The GUI will display a message page appropriate for the specific error. For example, the
following message displays if the specified FTP host is found to be invalid:
