Returning a Product for Upgrade or Repair

Task

Go to the Comtech EF Data Service page (http://www.comtechefdata.com/service.asp)
and read the Return Material Authorization section in its entirety.

Request a Return Material Authorization Number:
• On the Comtech EF Data Service page: Select the Return Material
Authorization hyperlink.
• On the Comtech EF Data Support page
(http://www.comtechefdata.com/support.asp): Click [Send RMA Request]
(http://www.comtechefdata.com/rmaform.asp);
• Fill out the RMA form completely;
• Click
[Send Email].
• Alternately:
o
Send an e-mail providing this same detailed information to Comtech EF Data
Customer Service ([email protected]).
o
Contact Comtech EF Data Customer & Technical Support by phone or fax.

Pack the product in its original shipping carton and protective packaging.

Ship the product back to Comtech EF Data. Shipping charges should be prepaid.
