Start_code_point
Is the code point of the first character representation to be
downloaded and it must be a value in the range 00H to FFH.
Slice_image_info
Is a list of 38-byte entries (one entry for each character
representation) having the following format:
Attribute X 00H Slice1 Byte1, Slice2 Byte2… Slice12, Byte12
Attribute
Indicates the physical attributes of the character representation with
the following bit information:
Bit 7-3
Are reserved
Bits 2
Defines horizontal box, character expansion.
B 0 = indicates no horizontal expansion.
B 1 = indicates that the first and last slices are
expanded horizontally to fill the character
box on each side of the character
Bit 1 - 0
Defines vertical box character expansion.
B 00 = indicates no vertical expansion
B 01 = indicates that bottom two rows of slice
information are expanded three times
downward at the bottom of the character.
B 10 = indicates that top six rows of slice
information are expanded downward at
the bottom of the character.
B 11 = indicates no vertical expansion.
Using the attribute' expansion information box, characters in
adjacent positions can be made to touch each other vertically at 6
lines per inch and horizontally at any character pitch.
