The line spacing is set to 1/6 inch, if the command does not encounter an ESC A
command, or if the PPM (ESC [ F) command (4722 or 9068 emulations) sets the
printer to process passbooks.

Sets n/180-inch line spacing. (EPSON ESC/P2)
