Specifies whether the Compiler automatically
assigns an index to the Virtual JTAG instance.
Values are YES or NO. When you specify NO,
you can find the auto assigned value of
INSTANCE_ID in the quartus_map file. When
you specify NO, you must define
INSTANCE_
INDEX . If the index specified is not unique in a
design, the Compiler automatically reassigns
an index to the instance. The default value is
