Click the Tools
drop-down menu and select Edit Standard.
The CPS - Standard Attributes window appears.

Edit your standard attributes and click Save.
Editing Questions in a Standard

Click Standards.

From the left pane, click the standard containing the question(s) to edit.

From the right pane, click the question(s) to edit.
TIP
To select multiple questions, press and hold the Command key while clicking each of the
questions.

Click the Edit
icon.
The CPS - Question Author window appears.

Edit the question and click
to save and move on to the next question to edit.

When finished, click Close to exit the CPS - Question Author window and return to the standard.
Add Questions to an Existing Standard

Click Standards.

Select the standard in which to add the question.

Click the New
icon.
The CPS - Question Author window appears.

Select the question type from the drop-down menu below Template.

Enter the question and answer text in the appropriate fields.

If applicable, click the check box next to the correct answer.

Click
to save and move to the next question to add to the standard.

When finished, click Close to exit the CPS - Question Author window and return to the standard.
The new question(s) added to the standard appear below Questions.
