3 Click the Tools drop-down menu and select Edit Standard.
The CPS - Standard Attributes window appears.
4 Edit your standard attributes and click Save.
Editing Questions in a Standard
1 Click Standards.
2 From the left pane, click the standard containing the question(s) to edit.
3 From the right pane, click the question(s) to edit.
TIP
To select multiple questions, press and hold the Command key while clicking each of the
questions.
4 Click the Edit icon.
The CPS - Question Author window appears.
5 Edit the question and click to save and move on to the next question to edit.
6 When finished, click Close to exit the CPS - Question Author window and return to the standard.
Add Questions to an Existing Standard
1 Click Standards.
2 Select the standard in which to add the question.
3 Click the New icon.
The CPS - Question Author window appears.
4 Select the question type from the drop-down menu below Template.
5 Enter the question and answer text in the appropriate fields.

6 If applicable, click the check box next to the correct answer.
7 Click to save and move to the next question to add to the standard.
8 When finished, click Close to exit the CPS - Question Author window and return to the standard.
The new question(s) added to the standard appear below Questions.
